About United Concordia’s Network
United Concordia has a large network of more
than 115,000 total dentist locations across the
country, which means a network dentist is only a
phone call or mouse click away, no matter where
you are. Our dentists meet the highest
standards in their field as they undergo rigorous
review through United Concordia’s quality
assurance process.
A network dentist refers to a
dentist who has a contractual agreement with United
Concordia to provide dental care for members of our
dental plan. Sometimes network dentists are also
referred to as participating dentists.
As part of the contract with United Concordia, network
dentists agree to accept United Concordia’s maximum
allowable charges (MACs) as payment-in-full for covered s
ervices – which means no balance-billing for you.
United Concordia dentists also agree to file claims
on your behalf so there are no claim forms to complete
or mail.

Services provided by non-network dentists are not
covered by the United Concordia FEDVIP.
