Our National Fee-for-Service network includes more than 124,850 total dentist locations across the nation and is developed, managed and administered exclusively by United Concordia.

You can search by last name, specialty, city/county, zip code, or a specified distance from a zip code. The online directory is updated weekly so you will have access to the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Remember! Members must use a United Concordia National Fee-for-Service Network dentist. In general, services provided by non-network dentists are not covered. However, there are a few exceptions, including emergency and overseas care.
