Remember! Due to the HIPAA Privacy Rule, when access the listing
of covered persons under your Identification number,only data about yourself
and any dependents under the age of 18 will be displayed. Dependent children 18 and older
must register separately, and will have access to only their data. Your spouse must also
register separately, and will have access to his/her data and any minor children's data.
